Learning new skills can be a challenging task. But I have come to realize that learning can revibrate your mind. I was actually finding myself at one point in my life not wanting to learn anything actually other than a high school diploma and working a full-time occupation in the health care field was all I did for over 20 plus years and yes I enjoyed it and still do it today. Nevertheless, I found myself not getting too far in life financially and got engaged with learning other things. I even went back to college to obtain a more suitable degree. However, putting myself back in debt with student loans. I got really interested in learning more about affiliate marketing but it is not this piece of the pie in the sky like people say. I have been viewing video after video on different affiliate programs but all of those get-rich scams have gotten on my last nerve. You see being in my shoes working all your life and coming up the hard way with parents that didn’t really help you the start with and you had to grow up fast and work for yourself on those twelve-hour shifts just to make ends meet have more skills than the regular “John Doe” out here on planet earth. You see during these jobs I had to multitask and some people don’t even know what that means. I had to learn more than one skill and sometimes perform 5 or 10 of those skills during a one 12 hour shift. If you have been in this kind of job setting well give yourself a high five because you understand exactly what I’m talking about. I have learned so far not to jump to everything you see that seems to be a great opportunity because it may not be for you. I am studying and looking for the right niche that will fit my lifestyle. This is how you got to think if you want to work at home or like they say have some sort of side-hustle. Over the pandemic, I had to quit my job because of family emergency situations. I was still busy just as if I was working those 12-hour shifts helping take care of my husband because he had a stroke and lost part of his eye-sight due to the stroke. But late at night I would find some me time and watch you-tube videos and study E-books about affiliate marketing and still don’t know the main secrets that the billionaires are using to gain wealth. But the point is learning new things is so exciting to me and it engages my mind to say “What if that was me”, I could travel the world and not worry about the homestead. I could help others learn what I had learned during times of uncertainly. I could be more employed because I have indulged myself to learn new possibilities. I want to be that person you see and if it takes me reading and engaging and finding new avenues the hard honest way one day I can reach the impossible and land on the other side of that wealthy rainbow.
